How to get poles and fixtures delivered and installed in under 7 days

STEP 1: Quotes

(Monday AM) Call 7daypoles.com and Request a rush quote. If you know what you want or need, a quote usually can be done within hours. If you need advice or a site visit, you may need to pay for a same day site visit.

STEP 2: Proposals

(Monday PM) You will receive a quote for delivery of poles and fixtures for you or our contractor to install. All of poles and fixtures sets will meet 140mph windloading requirements. 150mph is also available.

STEP 3: Approval

(Tuesday AM) Sign the proposal and Pay the usual 50% deposit. At this point you will also receive a submittal package with specs, windload calculations, and a project timeline.

STEP 4: Other Services

(Tuesday AM) Use our submittal package and your engineer to help them with the permit process. Since the permit process varies considerably, we expect you to know what is needed and when. If needed, 7Daypoles.com's affiliates can help with INSTALLATION, PHOTOMETRICS, and ENGINEERING CERTIFICATION. Now is the time to work all these details out.

STEP 5: Prepping Site & Paperwork

(Wednesday) Today is the day to trench, run wire, dig holes and prep the site for the lighting system. If need be, our contractor affiliates would be on site performing these duties.

Permitting also should be submitted today. Its wise to walk through the permit and use all influence to get it expedited.

STEP 6: Pour Concrete/Place Bases

(Thursday) With your permit in hand, you can set bases or pour concrete. If requested, J-bolts and templates will have arrived from the manufacturer.

STEP 7: Delivery

(Friday AM) Poles and Fixtures arrive. In most cases you will need to offload them yourself. We normally provide a 2-3 hour windows, for the delivery. Also be prepared to pay the balance of the order.

STEP 8: Installation

(Friday PM/Saturday) Most installers can install each pole/fixture set in 2 hours. If done by a state licensed 7daypole affiliate, they will stay to finish the job, into the wee hours in necessary.
